- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Customer-centric approach with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Understanding of the educational industry and study abroad services is a plus.
